Mr Satyajit Satpathy has been managing accounts and finance of various sectors, such as Real Estate Developers, Hotels, Restaurants, Hospitals, Educational Institutions and Industrial Setups doing Financial Analysis, Tax Preparation, Budgeting, Compliance, Financial Reporting, Cost Control, Forecasting, Reconciliation, ERP Systems, Strategic Planning, Risk Management etc. At Emperean, he handles Finance, Strategy and Governance.

Director – Projects & Engineering
Er. Aurobind Rath, BE by Qualification has been in the forefront of Civil Construction for last two decades spanning from large Road & Buildings of Government. works department and Railway Projects to Private sector infrastructure with interiors and fit outs for City Bank, IndusInd, Aviva & Reliance, he has been infrastructural in executing key projects. A serial entrepreneur he has also ventured Into edtech and Computer training in the early part of his entrepreneurship. He oversees the Project Engineering and Quality aspects at Emperean Space.
Mr. Bisweswar Pattnaik
Strategic Advisor
Senior management professional with more than 28 years of experience in the Banking and Finance Industry. Mr. Bisweswar Pattnaik has been the CEO with IL&FS Urban Infrastructure Managers Ltd, an asset management company, managing a debt platform financed by PSU Banks and FI’s. The platform was established with the guidance of Ministry of Finance and Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, Govt of India to provides long term financial assistance to projects within the PPP framework for sustainable Urban Development. Earlier, he has handled key functions as well as leadership roles in Project Finance, Corporate and Investment Banking across organisations like ICICI Bank, IDBI Bank, ING Vysya Bank and Reliance Capital. He is an advisor to the management.
